Hi, my name is Cathy. I am a SAHM to Boy Caboodle, aka BC (yeah, not his real name). My husband’s moniker is Mister Caboodle or MC (I call him this all the time but he never answers). My toy poodle’s name is Raven About Coffee Creme Brulee (her ‘real’ name). Her father was a champion so she got the whole poodle froufrou name. We can call her ‘Coffee’ to make things easier (but she won’t answer to that either… offer chicken).
I love most things crafty: knitting, sewing, beading, scrapping, soaping, embroidering… the list keeps growing.

Since I wrote the ‘about’ page, things haven’t changed much. I still love crafting. We still have our froufrou poodle, Coffee, and we added one more, Jing. Jing’s real name is much longer having something to do with ‘Millionairess’. Since Jing is a dollar short of most things she was named after the sound of loose change in your pocket. We like her.

You dog’s nickname is coffee!?!?! That’s so cute. My husband is an IT exec at a bank and I wanted to name our dog Java- after my love for coffee and a program they use at his work… but he said he didn’t want to think about work everytime he called the dog!
Hi Cathy! Thanks so much for the kind words on my blog (Woolly Mammoths). I was entertained to see that you have the same hourglassed-shaped fit problems as I have. Someday perhaps someone will come out with patterns that would fit us better… Actually, I could just write down the ones I’m making, but I’m not sure whether anyone would want them. 🙂

As you saw on my blog I was having issues with interfacing. I was using cotton material and a fusible interfacing. This was my first dabble into using interfacing so that is about all I know.
So when I saw your tutorial I was very interested but then the interfacing piece of it scared me. 🙂
